The Bourne Legacy is a sequel to the famous movies, The Bourne Identity and The Bourne Supremacy which starred Matt Damon as Jason Bourne. However, in the Bourne Legacy, a new hero arises as Aaron Cross which is played by Jeremy Renner.  We might have heard of Jeremy Renner before but have not relatively seen him in action. Among his famous movies are The Hurt Locker and The Avengers in which he played as Hawk Eye, the fiercest man with a bow. Jeremy Renner might not be that popular but he is not that new to the big screen. He is one tough guy that has certainly awed directors to give him the lead role in the amazing sequel to the Bourne series.  Like Matt Damon ahead of him, Jeremy Renner will shine bright into one of the best actors in Hollywood that can get the job done.

Like Jason Bourne, Aaron Cross is one of the government’s secret operatives. He is highly trained in combat that makes him a weapon with a license to kill. But when the government he loves is now on the hunt for his head, he has nothing else to do but run as well as hide waiting to strike back and avenge his name.

Filmed in a lot of places all over the world like Asia, Philippines, Canada, as well as the US, this film is surely has a lot of sights and sounds to be featured. Like its all-star cast made of Jeremy Renner, Rachel Weisz, Edward Norton, and Joan Allen, it is one of the highly awaited movies of the year without a doubt. The Bourne Legacy is produced by Universal Pictures and directed by Tony Gilroy which will be released this coming August 10, 2012.
